Tikkun Olam: A Pathway to Community and Global Engagement:
Temple Beth Israel is dedicated to repairing the world through community engagement and global responsibility. As a Jewish community grounded in Jewish tradition, we are charged with engaging in the issues of human rights, social justice, green awareness and social action within the interfaith community
Judaism’s imperative to make our world a better place speaks to many of us and you will find members of the TBI community involved all throughout our region in a variety of ways. Let us know if you would like to get involved and we will get you connected.
There is incredible religious diversity in the Central Valley! Temple Beth Israel is proud to be a part of Faith in the Valley and The Interfaith Alliance of Central California

The Interfaith Scholar Weekend will be held February 21-23, 2020, with our featured scholar being the Dr. Rajmohan Gandhi, grandson of Mohandas Gandhi. He is a historian, journalist and peace builder in the non-violent tradition of the Mahatma. His topic will be announced shortly.
